The property is on a quiet street with no traffic noise. There is a 7/11 about 300 meters away and lots of places to eat in the neighborhood. The room was quite spacious with a nice bathroom and good water pressure. We had to go to the Department of Consular Affairs at Chaeng Watthana (MOFA) and this property is less than a 15 minute drive away. Very good value for money, we will return, recommended!

Staff r very friendly, place is ok, but found cockroaches in bathroom !! Staff suggested to change the room, they were so interested to fix this issue ! Also, breakfast is very poor, only Thai food no any other choice ….which is not easy for some tourists ….. Other than that, it’s ok !
